These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website indiandsc.com (the “Site”), operated by Ravel Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, including browsing, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. General Conditions & Termination

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to breach or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network.
• Use the Site for illegal activities, harassment, or transmission of harmful content.
• Circumvent security measures or interfere with the Site’s functionality.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

2. Accounts and Registration

When you place an order on indiandsc.com, we automatically create an account for you using the email address provided during checkout if no account already exists. This account allows you to track orders, manage KYC documents, and access future purchases. You will receive a confirmation email with login details after your first order. You may also manually create an account to access certain features or manage your details.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or checkout and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (e.g., password) and for all activities under your account. 3. Products and Services

We offer Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs), which are digital products, and DSC tokens, which are physical USB devices. All products are government-approved and intended for use in compliance with Indian laws, such as for GST, MCA, Income Tax, and DGFT filings.

Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that colors, features, or details will match exactly due to display variations. We reserve the right to correct errors (e.g., pricing), update information, or cancel orders if a product is unavailable or mispriced. Promotions may be ended at any time without notice.

For DSCs, we require KYC documents to be uploaded via the Site for verification. We do not guarantee approval or issuance of DSCs, as this depends on certifying authorities and compliance with relevant regulations. You are responsible for providing accurate and valid KYC documents.

4. Orders, Payments, and Subscriptions

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We accept online payments via WooCommerce-integrated gateways (e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) and offline payments (e.g., bank transfer). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount, including taxes and shipping fees.

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). You are responsible for any additional fees imposed by your payment provider.

We do not offer subscriptions at this time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

For physical DSC tokens, we ship via reliable couriers within India or internationally. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed terms, including shipping costs and timelines.

Digital DSCs are delivered electronically via email or download link upon successful KYC verification and approval.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of DSCs (custom digital products involving KYC), they are non-refundable once issued. Physical tokens may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition, subject to inspection. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method, minus shipping and handling fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein. We collect and process personal data, including KYC documents, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

We are not responsible for third-party links, services, or content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Palakkad, Kerala, India.
