This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery procedures for products purchased from indiandsc.com, operated by Ravel Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd. We offer both digital products (Digital Signature Certificates, or DSCs) and physical products (DSC tokens, which are USB devices). Please read this policy to understand our shipping and delivery practices, including costs and conditions for token delivery.

1. Digital Products (DSCs)

• Delivery Method: Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) are delivered electronically via email or a secure download link in your account on the Site.
• Processing Time: DSCs are processed and delivered within 1-2 working days after successful KYC verification and approval by the certifying authority.
• No Shipping Required: As DSCs are digital, no physical shipping is involved.

2. Physical Products (DSC Tokens)

• Delivery Method: DSC tokens (USB devices such as ePass or ProxKey) are shipped via reliable courier services within India or internationally.
• Dispatch Time:
  • Tokens Ordered Without DSC: Dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation. No KYC or DSC processing is required.
  • Tokens Ordered With DSC: Dispatched within 1 working day of DSC processing and installation on the token (subject to payment and KYC verification). Tokens will only be shipped after the DSC is ready and installed on the device to ensure functionality.
• Shipping Costs (India):
  • 1-4 Tokens: ₹60 shipping charge.
  • 5-9 Tokens: ₹50 shipping charge.
  • 10-19 Tokens: ₹40 shipping charge.
  • 20+ Tokens: Free shipping.
  • With DSC Orders: If a DSC is ordered alongside any number of tokens, token delivery is free within India.
• International Shipping: For deliveries outside India, a shipping charge of ₹3,000–₹4,000 applies, depending on the destination and courier service. Contact our customer service at [email protected] or 7994725511 for exact costs and availability.
• Shipping Options:
  • Normal Shipping (India): Included as per the pricing above (free for 20+ tokens or with DSC). Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days, depending on the courier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.
  • Express Shipping (India): Available for an additional fee. Contact our customer service at [email protected] or 7994725511 to confirm availability and applicable charges.
• In-Person Pickup: You may pick up your DSC token directly from our office at:

  Please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup. For tokens ordered with a DSC, ensure the DSC is installed before pickup.

3. Order Tracking

• For physical DSC tokens, tracking details will be available in your account under the “My Account > Order Details” section on indiandsc.com. You will also receive tracking updates via email or SMS, depending on the courier service.

4. Non-Delivery and Courier Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• If a package is lost or not delivered, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (custom DSCs and secure USB tokens with installed certificates), we do not offer returns or refunds for either digital or physical products once processed or dispatched.
• Exceptions may be considered for unopened, undamaged DSC tokens within 7 days of receipt, subject to inspection. Contact us for approval before returning.

6. Risk of Loss

• For physical DSC tokens, the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the courier. We recommend inspecting your package upon receipt and reporting any issues immediately.
